Return & Exchange Policy

At AL-KHAIR GARMENTS, all sales are final — we do not offer refunds on any items, under any circumstances.

Exchange Window: We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

Size Issues: If the size doesn't fit, you may exchange it for a different size within the 7-day window, subject to availability and the condition stated above.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost — this is an exchange, not a refund.

No Refunds: We do not issue refunds in cash, bank transfer, or original payment method for any item, for any reason, including size issues, change of mind, or preference. Exchange is the only remedy offered.

How to Request an Exchange: Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number and photos (if applicable) within the stated timeframes.
